When Elis Regina tragically died everyone who
knew her was extremely sad, music lovers who lost the most beautiful voice
from Brazil of all times and all the composers whose songs she had promoted.

shining star and anyone who heard her singing would absolutely agree that
she was the best. Jobim once said that he had never heard someone to sing
so precisely, so much in tune, 'like some instrument' were his words. It's
an imperative to have at least some compillation of her work, like this
one.
