This marvellous CD was at first recorded in 1966, after writing sessions
between Baden Powell and Vinícius. The
first wrote music, while second provided his lyrics. Arrangements are made
with heavy percussions, Baden Powell's guitar in occasional solo passages
and wonderful background vocals by Quarteto Em Cy. Baden Powell also sings
in his soft, gentle voice, which is also quite a rarity, since he usually
recorded only his guitar. It apears that some part of this CD was recorded
at a later date and appended to the original. It is also completely remixed.
All songs are great. One of the best albums. Essential for any discotheque.
